TAKS (10th) LESSON 1

The 10th Grade Program is designed to cover World History and Geography TEKS. Lesson 1 provides students with a concise historical chronology from 8000 through the fall of the Western Roman Empire, as well as, geography, vocabulary, and social studies skills.

Some student do not know the continents or the location of many countries. Prior to doing this lesson, struggling students should complete the Modern World Map Activities from the Maps, Graph, and Chart short quizzes section.
